The Ekinex open-standard platform (Delégo) is designed to ensure smooth and seamless integration with a wide range of third-party systems. Thanks to this openness and compatibility, it is possible to create highly customisable automation solutions that easily adapt to different design requirements and existing technologies. Thanks to native integration with KNX and Modbus, Delégo guarantees centralised control of buildings for HVAC, security, lighting and maintenance. Bacnet integration can be achieved with third-party gateways.

Room management

Thanks to integrated systems and advanced technological solutions, every area of the hotel, from the rooms to the common areas to the technical systems, can be monitored and controlled centrally and efficiently.

ACCESS CONTROL MANAGEMENT
The KNX RFID access control system allows secure and smooth entry via keycard. Alternatively, keyless access (Bluetooth and NFC) allows guests to open the door with their smartphone, reducing interactions with reception.
DASHBOARD ROOM
Monitor and control lighting, air conditioning and motors inside the room. Manage notifications, alarms, DND (Do Not Disturb) and MUR (Make Up Room) functions, and guest presence.
VIRTUAL PRESENCE DETECTION
Automatic adjustment of lights, climate and motorisation based on guest presence. Motion sensors and door contacts are the most reliable solution for detecting presence inside the room.

Example of an integrated system configuration that allows centralised management of room functions, providing the reception with real-time information on guest presence, the status of curtains and blinds, and room temperature control. The transponder card reader outside the door ensures security and efficiency. The system can be completed with a room controller and Ekinex DIN rail modules for controlling fan coils, ON/OFF and DALI lights, and curtains.
