Application Context

Periyiali Villas Beach Resort is a complex of 41 luxury villas at the gateway to the Cape Greek Natural Park (between Ayia Napa and Prataras) and the area of Konnos in one of the most beautiful and picturesque areas of Cyprus.

Client's Requests

The Periyiali Villas Beach Resort is designed to meet the high expectations of guests and offers privacy and tranquillity to all its residents. It is a gated and electronically controlled project, with access and underground parking for most of the villas, insulating the resort from noise. The underground garage is connected to the private villa, offering direct access to one's own residence through an individually assigned basement.

Ekinex Solutions

Ekinex supplied all FF series wall-mounted products in DEEP version in white polycarbonate. The buttons are equipped with red and white LEDs and have been laser-etched to make it easier for guests to recognise the functions.
