Smart office on Lake Garda

Application context

The project was carried out in Calvagese della Riviera (BS), in the hills of Lake Garda, in a historic setting of great importance. The project involved the installation of a home automation system in a carefully restored historic building, which will house a large and renowned accounting firm that offers accounting and tax support to companies of various sizes and sectors through the ‘I Professionisti’ initiative.

Customer requests

The customer requested the creation of a system that was as autonomous as possible, capable of integrating various smart functions, including:

• Advanced lighting management with DALI system
• Automatic blind adjustment
• Supervision of the heating system
• Management of video intercom and access control to various sections of the building
• Recording and monitoring of employee access

Ekinex solutions

To meet the client's needs, Ekinex products were used, including:

• Series 71 wall-mounted controls for home automation functions
• Dico video door entry system, integrated with keypad access control for employees to access individual areas
• Delégo Server for centralised supervision of the entire system and user management for access control
• Ekinex DALI gateway for intelligent lighting management, combined with presence sensors
• Power supplies, line decouplers, actuators for lights and load control
