Villa Scoglietto

Application context

Villa Scoglietto is a prestigious residential project located in Punta Ala, a renowned hamlet in the municipality of Castiglione della Pescaia, in the province of Grosseto, Tuscany. This area, famous for its natural beauty, is particularly popular as a summer destination, thanks to its crystal clear waters and tranquillity.

The villa, designed with great attention to detail and aesthetics, has a large panoramic terrace overlooking the sea, offering breathtaking views stretching from the blue horizon of the Tyrrhenian Sea to the lush vegetation surrounding the area.

Client's requirements

The client requested a renovation that would respect and enhance the original 1970s architecture, preserving its distinctive style. The main objective was to make the villa suitable for both short and long-term rentals, integrating technological solutions that would allow for complete remote management of the property, thus ensuring efficiency and control even from a distance.

Ekinex solutions

Ekinex solutions were integrated into the project to ensure comfort, efficiency and remote control, in line with the client's needs and aesthetic taste. The FF series was used, in the 'NF version with a Fenix Nero finish, chosen for its elegant and minimalist design, perfectly in harmony with the 1970s aesthetics of the villa.

The functions implemented include climate control via fan coils, ensuring precise temperature regulation in every room. Lighting was entrusted to the DALI system, which allows for customised scenarios and precise control of light intensity. The spa area is fully automated, allowing the activation and supervision of the main functions. The system is completed by the Dico video door phone, for secure communication and efficient access control, even remotely.
