Dobra 32 - A luxury apartment in Warsaw

Application Context

Dobra 32 is a wonderful 140 m² luxury flat located in the capital Warsaw, Poland. The extremely elegant and refined living space is enriched by modern KNX installations that allow the integration of lighting, HVAC and AV systems in the most intuitive way possible. The choice of interior design makes the spaces bright, spacious and elegant, with a play of light that creates a welcoming and pleasant environment.

Client's Requirements

The flat is equipped with all the necessary features and installations to make it an elegant smart home solution, easy to use by the owner and guests.

Simultaneously, simplicity is matched by the excellence of the applied solutions: the focus was placed on the lighting products, for which four predefined scenes were designed to cover all the contexts of daily life, so that the flat can be used comfortably.

Ekinex Solutions

The solutions proposed to complete the living space are the wall-mounted controls in the 20venti Series, with black buttons in a nickel finish frame. The buttons are engraved with intuitive text to make them easy to use. In addition, they are backlit and activate scenes or actions for lighting, heating, blinds or motion sensors.
