Application context

This villa was carefully fine-tuned by the architects with attention to every single detail. The residential design combines shapes and lines that bind together to create a contemporary and distinctive style. The environment is made even more modern by the installation of technological solutions that are integrated into the space to the point of being hidden and camouflaged to such an extent that they appear as works of art.

Client's requirements

The objective was to realise a project that combined care for aesthetic design with the incorporation of modern technology, which would not overly contrast with the architectural style. Hence the successful attempt to integrate the home automation products with the surroundings: the wall-mounted controls blend in seamlessly with the furnishings, creating a pleasant living space.

Ekinex solutions

To complete the building automation, Ekinex solutions were chosen, featuring programmable switches, perfectly matched by the combination of Fenix and Metal finishes.

Presence sensors and light intensity and temperature control systems, based on the time of day, were included to regulate the lighting system, switching it on and off to create the best scenario at all times.

From a technical point of view, the functionality of the entire MAR system is very well resolved, with the heat pump allowing independent control of heating and cooling. Thus, it is possible to heat one room and cool another at the same time.
