A modern office in Milan inside a historic building a few steps from the Basilica of Sant’Ambrogio.

Client's Requirements

During a renovation carried out by the architectural studio Rocchi, the client requested offices with a valid space ratio and with a particular attention to the contribution of natural light and environmental pleasantness.

Ekinex Solutions

The entire office was equipped with a KNX automation system with Ekinex wall-mounted devices.

The management of lights, shutters and climate can be done either manually or automatically with the definition of customizable scenarios.

Windowless central offices can manage light color in addition to dimming, either manually or automatically with sensors that detect natural light.

The intrusion detection system is integrated into the KNX home automation system with the activation of automatic scenarios of entry and exit of employees.

• Wall-mounted devices: 4-channel push buttons with thermostat (EK-ED2-TP) 'NF' series metal, Nickel color with brushed finish and FF series metal square push buttons with custom laser markings

• Networking: interfacce IP (EK-BB1-TP) e USB/KNX (EK-BD1-TP)
