Eclectic Villa

Application context

A historic villa dating back to the 1700s has been given a new lease of life thanks to a major renovation that emphasises both decorative and technological aspects. The rooms have been completely redesigned in an eclectic style, respecting the owners' wishes to bring back details that had faded over time. At the same time, the request to equip the residence with a technological system that would efficiently manage all the systems in the house was also respected.

Client requirements

The client's main request was to combine a contemporary style with the restoration of the original identity of the spaces, through a careful reinterpretation of the existing elements. The aim was to create a harmonious balance between historical memory and new design solutions, capable of interacting with each other without forcing, so as to obtain personalised, functional and strongly characterised environments that meet the living requirements and taste of the owners.

Ekinex solutions

The project represents a complete synthesis of Ekinex solutions, harmoniously integrating technology and design. All the collections of wall-mounted devices have been installed in the residence, in the various versions and finishes available: from the FF series to the 71, 20Venti and Signum series.

To ensure simple and intuitive management of functions, the new Delégo Panel Plus units have been installed, allowing centralised and immediate control of the systems. Access management is handled by the Dico video door phone, which completes the system by providing advanced functionality and aesthetic consistency with the rest of the project.
